A: Yes, just contact us with the details and we will prepare a quotation for you. |

A: Yes. In most cases we can supply withdrawn Standards |

Q4: I need a Standard urgently, Can you email me a copy?
A: We cannot send Standards by email but we do offer electronic downloads for you to purchase directly with BSI |

Q5: I ordered a hard copy. How long will delivery take?
A: Standard UK delivery is 48 hours. Premium delivery options are also available (See our delivery rates page) |

Q6: I need some information/advice about the contents of a particular Standard. Can you help?

A: Hardcopies are generally printed to order, and as such cannot be returned. |

Q8 Why are the Standards so expensive?
A: The prices of British Standards vary considerably and are based on the amount of work which goes into producing the content. The price is not based on the number of pages or the quality of the finished document. |

Q9: I have seen a Standard cheaper to buy online via another website, do you have a price match policy?
