Q2: Do you supply standards from other countries? A: Yes, just contact us with the details and we will prepare a quotation for you. |

Q3: Do you supply Withdrawn Standards or Tracked Changes Standards? A: Yes. In most cases we can supply withdrawn or tracked changes Standards, but we do not advertise them on this website to avoid confusion for those customers who are simply looking for the most recent current version. If you have a special requirement for such a Standard, please contact us. |

Q4: I ordered a hard copy. How long will delivery take? A: Standard UK delivery is 48 hours. Premium delivery options are also available (See our delivery rates page) |

Q7: Why are the Standards so expensive? A: The prices of British Standards vary considerably and are based on the amount of work which goes into producing the content. The price is not based on the number of pages or the quality of the finished document. |
